We meet at 12920 Hull Street Road, Midlothian, VA. We are the church on the hill. Join us this Sunday at 10:30 AM. Come as you are! Some of us wear shorts, jeans and T-shirts, while others prefer suits or dresses. What matters most to us is that you come.
We value authenticity and connection, so come be yourself and spend time with people who love Jesus and love others. We cannot wait to meet you!

We are a judgment-free zone where everyone is welcome to worship freely. And by the way, we believe church should be FUN!
We know that church doesn’t have to be boring. The Bible is a dynamic record of God’s amazing words and deeds, and outside of a chapter or three, it’s anything but dull. Our Senior Pastor, Rev. Eric Carroll, brings Scripture to life with passion, depth, humor, and real-life application challenging us all to live our faith boldly and authentically.
We are a diverse congregation in both age and ethnicity, and we love how God has brought us together. If you have children from infant through 5th grade, we offer a safe and welcoming space where you can check them in with the assurance that they are safe and being taught about Christ. Or, if you prefer, they are more than welcome to stay with you in the service. We LOVE children and see them as a blessing, not a distraction!
Expect uplifting music and a variety of praise and worship to include contemporary Christian, gospel and hymns. Our music ministry is here to lead us all into a posture of worship as we sing to the glory of God.

TBC is a growing congregation, and our Senior Pastor, Eric joined us during a season of reimagining everything. From our constitution to our structure, to our worship, things have been growing and changing to reflect the mission and vision God has given us.
Because of that, we don’t have all the answers just yet, but we do know your questions matter!

We invite you to our Sunday School classes at 9:30 AM, followed by our morning worship service at 10:30 AM.
We would love to get to know you! In the back of the chair in front of you, you will find a physical Connect card or, if you prefer, you can scan the QR code to fill out the card online, or click here for our digital Connect form. This is our way of learning more about you and staying connected when you are ready.
For families with children, we offer TBCKids Check-In, ensuring a safe and caring environment for your little ones while you worship with peace of mind.

Experience Worship & Community at TBC
At TBC, we believe worship should be engaging, meaningful, and accessible to everyone whether you are new to church or have been attending your whole life. Our worship blends modern, contemporary music with the richness of hymns and gospel, creating an environment where all can connect with God. Our talented worship team includes people of all backgrounds and ages, from students to adults, and we are always welcoming new voices and musicians. When you visit, you will find a welcoming atmosphere where you can come as you are. Masks are optional as some choose to wear them for their own comfort, and that is completely okay.

Whether you are exploring faith for the first time or looking to deepen your relationship with God, you will leave feeling encouraged, challenged, and reminded of His love for you.

What about my kids?
Sunday Kids Programs (Newborn – 5th Grade)
We offer a safe, engaging, and faith-filled environment for children on Sunday mornings:
Nursery (Newborns): Our caregivers sing worship songs and pray over your little ones.
Infants & Toddlers (New Walkers): A dedicated space for exploration and play with peers.
Preschool (Ages 3-5): Interactive lessons and activities designed for early learners.
K-5th Grade: Active, God-filled worship and engaging Bible lessons every week.
Our secure check-in system ensures a smooth drop-off and pick-up. Each child receives a unique number for pickup, and we record your cell number in case we need to reach you.
All children’s workers undergo background checks to maintain a safe and nurturing space for learning.
I have older kids, where will they go?
Students 6th through 12th grade are part of our regular worship services on Sunday morning.
We are working on growing our Student Ministry and are looking for those who want to come and support it.
Will I have to say anything, sign anything or be singled out in anyway?

Aside from Sunday services, what else do you have?
We want your growth to happen all week long, so we have multiple mid-week opportunities for you and your family. Adults can connect with other believers by joining one of multiple small groups.

We believe that Jesus is the Son of God and the Bible is the Word of God. Our goal is to serve you in any way possible to help you grow in your faith.
